Join Chef Neal Plazio for a hands-on night of cooking from Oaxaca, the region of southern Mexico known for its sauces, starting with tortillas you mix, press, and griddle yourself. From there you'll build a Mole Poblano from scratch and spoon it over Chicken Enchiladas. Dinner also brings Tlayudas, the crisp Oaxacan answer to pizza, and finishes with Flan.
