We're welcoming Chef Jessica Melisz of Beebe's on the Square to the Culinary Arts Center for her first class with us, Date Night in France.
You'll trim, sear, and roast a whole beef tenderloin under a cracked peppercorn crust, then make Béarnaise Sauce from a tarragon vinegar reduction you build from scratch, the sauce most people never attempt at home. The night ends with bright Green Beans with Lemon and Capers and individual Chocolate Pots de Crème.
