What are the age restrictions for your classes?

Minors under 18 may attend classes when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is also registered and present for the entire class.

What is your cancellation policy?

Seven (7) or more days before the class date: You are eligible for a full refund. You may choose either store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Less than seven (7) days before the class date: Reservations are non-refundable and non-creditable.

What should I wear to the cooking class?

For kitchen safety and sanitation reasons, students should wear long pants, a shirt with sleeves, and flat, closed-toe shoes. We will provide you with an apron to wear during the class. Dangling or excessive jewelry is not recommended.

In a Hands-On class, will I work with others in a group?

Yes. In all Hands-On classes, you will work in a small group. In most classes the groups are comprised of 4 students, but the number can vary by class enrollment and subject.

Can you make special arrangements to accommodate food allergies?

No. Our classes are hands on and held in a shared kitchen where students prepare, handle, and serve every dish on the menu. Dairy, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame are all in regular use, and cross contamination between stations, tools, and cookware is unavoidable. We cannot substitute ingredients, alter recipes, or prepare separate portions.

If you have a food allergy, we recommend that you do not register. Guests with allergies who choose to attend do so at their own risk.

Can I bring leftovers home with me?

No. Everything you cook is served and enjoyed during class, and leftovers cannot be taken home. We do not provide containers or packaging.
